He served as VP Procurement Engineering in Philips and previously held senior leadership positions as Senior Director Purchasing and Supply Management at Baxter and VP Global Strategic Sourcing at Gambro. Additional past roles include General Manager Operations and Supply APAC at Gambro, Global Project Manager at Siemens Medical and various leadership roles in GE.

Leo Ling holds the MBA from University Texas and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University
