David’s extensive career spans from working with small start-ups to multiple fortune 500 companies. His roles include plant management and leading engineering teams for global companies. 10 of those years have been providing innovative solutions and operational excellence for the medical industry.

Most recently, David was the Chief Engineer for Tianyi Medical headquartered in Ningbo, China with the focus is improving patient outcomes.

As the former Director of Engineering at Kickr Design in the US, his leadership fostered a culture of ownership and accountability while spearheading the development of engineering systems that optimized productivity and efficiency.

Previously, David played pivotal roles at Avanos Medical (NeoMed Inc.), Caire Inc., Kimberly Clark Professional, and Illinois Tool Works, honing his expertise in product realization, regulatory compliance, project management, and manufacturing operations. Notably, at Avanos Medical, he led the development and commercialization of enteral collection and delivery products, navigating regulatory frameworks and collaborating cross-functionally to bring life-saving solutions to the neonatal and pediatric patient population.
