Nancy Shen

Nancy has more than 20 years of work experience. Before joining NorrDia, she was a partner in the Strategy and Transactions of Ernst & Young. She also worked in Ant Group as Investment Finance Director, responsible for the investment-related finance work, and worked as Associate Director of Corporate Development in Eurofins, responsible for the M&A deals in Asia.

Nancy has in-depth knowledge on business analysis and planning, financial reporting, and integrated expertise in cross-border merger & acquisition and fund operations.

Nancy obtained Bachelor in Economics at Fudan University and MSc in Finance & Investment at the University of Edinburgh.

Nancy is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and also holds CFA certificate of ESG investing.
